ADVICES

ATTITUDE ON BOARD
-A ship is a relatively small space in which the cohabitation could be very close. Therefore, we must leave our bad-temper at home and have a positive attitude in every moment. Remember that the final scope is to enjoy the stay on board: it depends on the character and the relation with other persons on board.
- The worst enemies of an adventure are the bad-temper and unyielding attitude.

THE NECESSARY BAGGAGE
- Cap
- Sunglass
- Blocker
- A waterproof, raincoat or windbreak
- Bathing suit and towel
- Confortable shoes (preferably nautical)
- Pills for sickness (specially for those who sail for first time or prone to seasick)

FOOD
- Although at ships it can be cook almost anything like at home, we recommend to prepare simple dishes like salads, potatoes, pasta, rice, cheese, cold meat, sandwiches and snacks, fruits, etc. Avoid fried food (smell and smoke), especially those that need great quantities of oil because that will be a risk for accidents.
- All ships have electric fridge, but they usually work when the ship engine is on therefore they don’t cool as much as the one we have at home. Keep it in mind when you buy it.
- As for beverage, an approximate of two litters of water per person and day, or a litter and sodas.
- At some ports you can buy through a list, in that way anything you asked for would already be at the ship
